Hey neighbors! Come have some free ice cream to celebrate the progress of people power in the Urban Reserve Tuesday 7/14 @ 5:30 PM.

This is a community celebration, so ALL are welcome to say hey at our pop-up tent in the park. We'll have some ice cream (while supplies last!) and also talking about next steps for this great volunteer impact movement.

Perhaps you've seen some of my posts on Front Porch Forum or Reddit over the past three months, or you read the recent Seven Days story about the project, or maybe even just noticed the impact down there yourself? If you've wanted to learn more about how and why that clean-up effort happened, now is your chance!

Whether you've volunteered yourself, or you're are curious about volunteering in the future, this is an opportunity to plug in for the next steps or just say thank you to the volunteers who have done the good work thus far.

Bring any ice cream supplies you may desire, such as toppings, a bowl, spoon, or even a cooler full of the sweet cream itself, all support is welcome and appreciated.
